What is the refund/return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. Products can be returned within a month of you receiving them, but they must be unburned. If you aren't satisfied though, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right.
What are your candles made of?
We use only natural ingredients, unlike many mass-produced candles. 100% Soy wax, phthalate free oils, lead free cotton wick. That's it!
When will I get my order?
Depending on what shipping type you purchase it generally takes around 3-7 days to arrive at your door.
Where are your products manufactured?
They are all hand made in Manchester, NH.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free for orders $30+, if the order is below $30 it ranges around $8-$15.
How long do your candles burn?
8 oz burns for 40+ hours
16 oz burns for 80+ hours
